About Nazlie Boggs My name is Nazlie Boggs, and I bring over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Fitness has always been my passion, but my true purpose lies in helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels learn to listen to their bodies and achieve sustainable, meaningful health goals. My journey toward a healthier lifestyle began more than 30 years ago, shaped by my own struggles and insecurities. After the birth of my second child, I transitioned into a career as a trainer with a strong belief in building lifelong habits, not quick fixes. I focus on creating a fun, supportive, and empowering environment where clients can truly thrive. I am especially passionate about raising awareness around hormonal changes and medical considerations for individuals over 40, and I specialize in designing exercise programs that align with each client’s unique needs, lifestyle, and long-term well-being. Group fitness has opened countless opportunities for me to motivate, educate, and inspire others throughout their fitness journeys.
