Biography
Morgan was born in San Diego, California and grew up in Las Vegas. Growing up Morgan loved playing baseball and golf, she continued to play until high school. Then she switched gears and started training to join the Military. Unfortunately, Morgan was medically disqualified from enlisting due to some slight hearing loss she has always had. After that Morgan got her Personal Trainers Certification and has been helping people ever since! Since Morgan received her certification over 7 years ago, she has gone on to get many other certifications. Including but not limited to CrossFit (online) Level-1, Spartan Races Level 1, Youth Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition, and MMA Conditioning. Morgan has spent the past 7 years helping to create and run a health and wellness program at over 15 of the local elementary schools and helping to educate and train families and individuals in health and fitness. And now she is ready and excited to work with you and coach you on your fitness journey!
