Biography

I’ve been taking my own fitness very seriously for about 6 years now. When I started I weighed over 350 lbs and at my lowest got down to 220. This completely changed my life for the better - I had more energy, more joy, and I just felt better. After having this success myself I wanted to be able to help others see the same results. I know what it takes to see results and all of the barriers and bumps that come up along the way and I want to help get people past those and reach their goals so they can feel even better than I did when I hit mine. Over my six years I’ve tried all different kinds of workouts so I use a little bit of everything and mix things up over time to keep it interesting and far from boring.
