Biography
I have spent most of my life as a dental hygienist. I have always maintained my health through sports, working out and competing as a figure competitor. I have used countless trainers to keep me on track, offer there ecepertise and to push me beyond my comfort zone. That's what made me want to continue my education in a field that I am passionate about. I received a MS in Exercise and Nutrition Wellness in 2021. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Corrective Exercises. I like to work with all clients as I know the struggle is real and sometimes you need a friend to push you along.
