Biography
Hello exercise community! Generating and maintaining optimum health has been a passion of mine since my college days. My education timeline includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health from Montclair State University in NJ. A few years later I obtained my teaching certificate in Health Education and then a Master's degree in Teaching. My professional career was being employed as a Health teacher by two different public schools in NJ. My exercise history for the past several decades has been at local gyms. First, at the now defunct Xercise in Chester, NJ and then for the past 12 years I've been a member at the Gold's Gym in Flanders, NJ. Now my career as a personal trainer includes Svetness.
