Hello! I am a 21 year old athlete. physical activity has been a big part not only in my life but my families lives and that is how I got into fitness and health. since a young age l've always been involved in sports; soccer, baseball, running, etc. starting in middle school I got into working out with weights and bowflex machine with my father and from there I just always wanted to keep on learning new ways to work out and stay fit. Because of the different sports I played growing up Ive always had opportunities to learn different types of workouts such as weight training, calisthenics, cardio, HIlT, and more! fitness has helped me not only physically but mentally as well and I'm hoping I can transition my knowledge over to individuals who hope to do the same.
