Certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I bring a performance-driven yet individualized approach to fitness. With an athletic background in football, track & field, and wrestling, I understand the discipline, conditioning, and mental toughness required to achieve results at every level — from competitive athletics to everyday health and longevity. I have experience working with clients ranging from 11 years old to adults over 70, helping each individual build strength, improve mobility, increase confidence, and move pain-free. Whether the goal is athletic performance, weight loss, muscle building, injury prevention, or simply improving quality of life, I focus on creating sustainable programs tailored to each client’s needs, experience level, and lifestyle. My training philosophy combines functional strength training, corrective exercise, proper nutrition, and accountability to help clients not only look better, but feel and perform better in everyday life. I believe fitness should be challenging, rewarding, and adaptable for every age and fitness level.
