Biography
I am excited to finally be where I am supposed to be! As a youth athlete decades past to the challenges of body changes in the 40s and 50s after having three kids, I have learned the importance of continued activity and proper techniques in exercise. Multiple major injuries and associated surgeries to back and knees have taught me the perseverance required for recovery and healing and the value of training support and expertise. I am excited to bring this to a place where my experiences and my training can help others!
