Biography

Hello my name is Lucas, I'm 29 years old born and raised in Scottsdale Arizona. I've been in the fitness industry for about 7 years now. I first began my journey in college on a full ride scholarship in cross country and track as one of the top recruites from the State of Arizona. I took my passion for fitness and studied exercise science and personal training where I gained vast knowledge and understanding. have a strong passion for helping others and used my love for fitness as that outlet, thus began my career as a trainer. I have then since assistanted hundreds of people from all walks of life, helping them reach there fitness goals and mold into the absolute best versions of themselves.
