Hello, my name is Lea (like princess Leia) I am determined to help others as it is my duty to serve the community. I prioritize my health and am on a mission to help people who want the same for themselves, creating a fun experience in aiding you to become the strongest version of yourself! I suffered from obesity and depression in 2021-22. I was on antidepressants and knew that was not how I wanted to live the rest of my life. Once I decided that I didn't want to depend on conventional medicine...and go natural to feel better! I was able to achieve my goal of losing 20lbs, with the Lord's help.
