Lauren is a yoga instructor with over 16 years of experience, a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the Biomechanics Method. Her mission is to share movement practices that seamlessly fit into each client’s unique lifestyle, helping them build a sustainable and lasting relationship with their wellness habits. She believes that how you feel in your body is what matters most, and that developing strength is a powerful pathway to confidence and consistency. Lauren’s training sessions are creative, engaging, and tailored to all fitness levels. She specializes in injury prevention, pain management, and both pre- and post-rehabilitation.
