Lauren is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Yoga Instructor of over 10 years. Her main goal is to share movement practices that fit into each client's unique lifestyle so that they can create a sustainable relationship with their wellness habits. She believes that how you feel in your body is most important and that building strength builds confidence and lasting routine. Her training is creative and fun and she is skilled at adapting it to all levels of fitness. Whether you want to work up a big sweat or prefer to keeps things more mellow, she's here to create something special just for you! She specializes in injury prevention, pain management, pre-hab and re-hab using functional fitness techniques, so if you are experiencing any of those, you are in the right hands. She loves to incorporate therapeutic movement and mindfulness into fitness and combines the science of the body with the wisdom of yoga so that her clients may receive wellness, strength and healing for both the mind and body.
