Hi my name is Laura Sanchez. I am a certified personal trainer. Fitness has always been a big part of my life and decided why not share my experience and love for it to help others achieve their goals. I know what it takes and I want to motivate others as well. I work with EoS Fitness where my profession in training kicked off and have been loving it ever since.
