Latoya was born and raised in Upstate NY. Growing up Latoya enjoyed playing basketball and softball and played both in high school and college. She married a professional basketball player and has lived in many parts of Europe and Asia. Her experiences have given her the ability to relate to people from all walks of life. She has motivated and inspired 100's of women while traveling the world and raising a family. Her life goal is to use fitness to transform as many lives as possible.
