Biography
Hello! My name is Krista Garcia-Smith. I'm an American Council on Exercise certified personal trainer. After having my fifth child I decided it was time to focus on my health and recovery. I've been in the fitness industry for well over a decade now and still going strong. I have done everything from running a half marathon, to bulking and powerlifting, to shredding and preparing for Figure competition and modeling. I am currently training for another bodybuilding competition. I am also a licensed esthetician and former Trauma Surgical nurse. CrossFit level 1 cert. I particularly enjoy working with military. Was a civilian nurse who worked closely with numerous military installations , TAMC, and WHMC. Navy brat and proud Navy mom of special forces son.
