Biography
I have always taught in one way or the other. I managed corporate gyms and competed in both fitness and bodybuilding competitions. I became an educator and kept working out for my mental and physical well being. Fast forward to 24 years later where I see what health and wellness really means. It's the journey, the successes, the triumphs, and the resilience of the human spirit that brings me back to the fitness industry. I'm back to support those on a fitness
