Biography
Hey I'm Kenje! I am ACE certified and have a Bachelors in Kinesioloy from La Tech and have been training since 2020! After a lifetime of athletics, when high school ended, I was left with nothing but weights. So I stuck with them! I got a job at the rec center gym at my college and worked my way up the ladder then eventually they made a personal training program for me to get certified! Since then I have been attempting to prefect my own body and have been helping people reach their goals ever since, constantly seeking knowlege to perfect my craft weekly. Training is my life and my passion. I do not care to be great at anything else. I look forward to working with you and getting to your goals!
