Hi! My name is Kelsey, I love running and fitness in general. I'm always looking for a road race to sign up for, anything from a 5k to marathon. I also love being outdoors, hiking, and exploring. I studied exercise science, not really sure what I wanted to do with my degree. I began training after I graduated in 2017 and loved being able to help people achieve things they may have never thought possible! I have worked with clients of various age groups and abilities. It is very rewarding to see people achieve their goals, and I am here to help!
