Passionate about clients reaching their goals my collegiate college career was awesome taught me so much on how to accurately train the body. I played basketball and studied kinesiology during college my last year was 2020 Covid year. I’m big on thinking outside the box during workouts, so tons of ways for breaking down workouts.
