Biography
I was born in Daphne, Alabama. I grew up a 2-sport athlete (football and basketball). After high school, I played football at the junior college level for a 1 year and a half at Coffeyville Community College. I graduated in 2015, received a scholarship to SUNY Albany, where I played from 2016-2019. Graduated in homeland security, but found my passion in personal training. Since 2019, I've worked at equinox till Covid and since then have been independent. My football and equinox experience has allowed me to be very fundamental and technically sound, but effective in the way I train my clients.
