my name is KAMAL SIMMONS. I was born and raised in New Orleans Louisiana. I graduated from Southern University and Baton Rouge with a degree in business management. I spent 15 years with the New Orleans recreation department as the Tennis Director at Joe Brown park in East. I begin my fitness journey in 2018. I became certified with ISSA in 2022 as a personal trainer in senior fitness coach. I have worked at YouFit Gyms also worked at the Jewish community center
