Biography
Hi, my name is Kaedyn Woodard. I am 21 years old and I am a NASM NCCA Certified Personal Trainer as well as a senior at Colorado State University studying health and exercise science. I love exercise and inspiring people to become more active. I have a vast background of exercise experience from gymnastics, rock climbing, football, and basketball and several years of general weight lifting. I have a few years of coaching experience from coaching various youth sports camps and also my time as a gymnastics coach. I am an outgoing person who loves bringing the energy and motivation to a workout!
