Biography
I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people move better, get stronger, and feel more confident in their bodies. My approach to training blends strength and hypertrophy programming with functional movement, mobility, and injury-conscious coaching—so clients not only build muscle and performance, but resilience and long-term health. With additional certification through the Barbell Rehab Method, I specialize in working with individuals navigating post-injury training, joint instability, and movement limitations. Whether you're aiming to get out of pain, build muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply develop consistency, I tailor each program to meet your goals, experience, and lifestyle. My background spans far beyond the gym: I’ve served as a U.S. Navy linguist and PT leader, trained as a competitive kickboxer, and worked with a wide range of clients from beginners to athletes. I understand what it takes to meet high standards while staying grounded in where you are today. At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to education, communication, and trust. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all coaching—I believe in equipping you with the tools and mindset to succeed, both in and outside of training.
