Hello my name is Judy Potter and I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, NASM Nutrition Coach, Group Exercise Instructor ,Yoga and Pilates Instructor. My focus is on individual's movement patterns, strength and flexibility. I believe all of these factors play an important role in our overall fitness and activities of daily living. I also focus on the mind body connection and breathing techniques while exercising and for a general practice. I have been in the fitness industry for several decades now, a Boston Marathon qualifier, and an exercise enthusiast. However, the most important aspect of my training is listening to my clients and finding what works for them. I want to help you be successful!
