Biography
Over 20 years worked as a personal trainer in NYC. ACE certified since 2004. Physical therapy background. Worked in a small private boutique personal training studio and as an independent trainer. Moved to South Florida a year ago. Specializing on functional fitness, recovery and post rehab workouts. Experienced working with people with sedentary jobs, junior athletes, former college athletes and post injury clients. Currently working with junior tennis performance athletes and equestrian competitors.
