Biography

I’ve trained and stayed active my whole life, from high school athlete to lifelong fitness enthusiast, and I later served six years in the Air Force, which deepened my discipline and commitment to helping others. I help beginners to advanced clients build strength, improve mobility, and reduce stress through evidence-based training, yoga-informed movement, and mindful recovery. My target audiences include busy professionals, beginners returning from injury, athletes seeking mobility and conditioning, and individuals pursuing mindfulness and body awareness. My program integrates ACE-certified strength coaching with yoga fundamentals and hands-on mobility, emphasizing sustainable progress and lifelong learning, with a four-to-eight week framework, 3–4 training days per week, and stress-reduction cues like diaphragmatic breathing. For marathon readiness, I follow a phased plan (base, build, peak, recovery) that balances running progression with mobility and recovery, while onboarding covers health history, goals, equipment, and consent, and a 60-minute session blueprint emphasizes warm-up, mobility, strength, and conditioning.
