Josh My name is Josh Inong. I am a 36 year old former international rugby player and Sports Performance coach. I have played on the international circuit for 8 years and have been a competitive athlete since the age of 15. I have been blessed to train under highly skilled professionals from the NFL and professional rugby leagues. I started my fitness journey back in 2008 with my mentor trainer at Livefit Bootcamp. My focus was primarily on the elderly with ROM . and stretching. I progressed to the coaching fitness camps in the San Diego and Los Angeles areas with local rugby players. I moved back to my hometown in 2014 and continued my fitness journey. I wanted to inspire others on their journey as well. In 2017, I began my own sport performance program. However, when the pandemic began, I ultimately had to close my garage doors for the safety of myself and others. I began searching for a career helping others in both health and wellness. I have been coaching football for 8 years with the Pop Warner Football league, four of those years were as head coach for the Redwood Pal Golden Bears, and simultaneously coaching at Santa Rosa High School as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 2018-2022 seasons. Today, I specialize in sports performance programming and coaching, with a primary focus on agility, mobility, speed, strength conditioning, and am a certified stretch practitioner.
