In the 6th grade I was 163 pounds. In the 8th grade I was 218 pounds. From that point on I said that’s enough. I didn’t start lifting right off the bat. I had to lose some weight first. People ask me all the time how I stay consistent. I tell them dieting is everything. No amount of work you put in the gym makes up for a poor diet. I didn’t start training until 2016. Bodybuilding has made a tremendous impact on my life. From this day forth, I only look to better myself even more. I grew up as an overweight kid and I'm looking to help others steer away from the path I took. I do not want them to make the same mistakes I have made in my earlier years.
