Biography
I'm originally from Cincinnati, OH and grew up playing tennis where it led me into to my passion for fitness. I graduated from FGCU with a B.S. in Exercise Science and was a personal trainer at FGCU Campus Recreation. I have experience training youth athletes along with older adult populations. I carry NASM, TPI Level 2, and Rock Steady Boxing certifications.
