Biography
This didn't happen all at once, but by slowly making changes to my daily habits and by trying new things constantly. After years of working on myself I decided to turn this into a career, I went on to manage some of the largest gyms in the Texas market but found the most rewarding part of the job was the personal relationships I would make with members, seeing and helping these people become happier, healthier and more confident people got me through the week. After the pandemic I decided I wanted a more personal connection and more responsibility to help people reach their goals and challenge themselves.Fitness should be fun and part of my job is helping you learn what you do and don't like and how to listen to what your body is telling you. Lets start this journey together by taking 1 step at a time and before we know it we will have arrived at our goal.
