Biography
Hello, my name is Jeff and I'm from Evanston, Illinois. I started weightlifting around the age of 11 and have been hitting the iron ever since. After much encouragement from both gym goers and fellow trainers I decided to take the plunge into getting certified and in June of 2020 I earned my certification from the International Sports Science Association. I'm certified as a personal trainer and as a bodybuilding specialist. I'm also a martial artist and have experience in Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, MMA and Eskrima.
