Biography
Jeff completed his Kinesiology degree at James Madison University with a minor in Athletic Training and is certified through the National Federation of Professional Trainers. Jeff has always had a deep passion for exercise, health, and the mechanics of the human body. Outside of the gym, he enjoys any sort of outdoor activity including hiking, long road trips, and water sports. Years of experience in several sports including baseball, football, and basketball have created a great interest for Jeff in the fields of biomechanics and Athletic Training. His career goals are to positively influence the health of as many people as possible, and to shift public perspective on the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
