Hello, my name is Janina Moe. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 45 years. I'm a 7xs fitness and bodybuilding champion, as well as a lifetime competitive athlete. I’m certified in International Sports Science of America as a fitness trainer. I would love to help you reach your fitness goals easily and quickly.
