Biography

Marine Corps veteran, Firefighter and experienced trainer. Jamison is passionate about fitness and helping people. He has seen them as strong pillars in his life, even from a young age. Growing up he was heavily involved in Boy Scouts and was taught the Importance of character and how everything rises and falls on it. As he grew older in 2010 he was introduced to the world of fitness by his childhood mentor. It was not long after that he would discover the relationship between character and physical fitness. Little did he know this discovery would shape the rest of his life. He witnessed how fitness directly impacted his effectiveness as a young leader in school, Boy Scouts, and sports. He originally started his fitness journey through CrossFit to improve his performance in soccer and cross country. He soon found that health and fitness in general, molded him into a person who was dependable and resilient. This journey began for him in middle school and continued as he made the decision to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. In the Marines, strong character and physical fitness was at the core of everything. He discovered that working out not only improved his health, it made him a better example for his Marines, a more adaptable martial artist, and a more dependable Marine. While in the military, he witnessed first-hand the physical and psychological benefits CrossFit training provided which eventually led him to find his life's purpose. Since leaving the military his focus has shifted from leading Marines to helping change the lives of others. His passion is to serve others by coaching, training, and teaching them the tools for mental, physical, and character success. He loves developing others into strong and more effective people. Whether learning how to properly deadlift to pick up your grandchild or learning how to get unstuck in your life so you can lead others, he wants to help you accomplish both. He is committed to changing the lives of others the way fitness changed his at an early age.
