My name is Jaiden Woodson and fitness is my passion, as well as helping others reach their goals. I have been active and working out all my life. I began to develop a love for working out when I first started playing sports. It instilled discipline upon me. In my opinion, to enjoy life you must have a healthy body and mind! I started my career as a personal trainer when I was 18 years old and nothing makes me happier. I strive everyday to become a better version of myself and work hard because nothing is given in this world.
