Biography
I am set on impoving clients lives through functional movement and consistent exercise. I graduated with honors from Western Washington University with a degree in Kinesiology and from there I have accumulated over two years of experience working in various physical therapy clinics and fitness settings. With that knowledge I have been able to help all sorts of clients at. various stages of their fitness journeys. I have worked with everyone from division 1 athletes to first time beginners. I am seeking to create a collaborative and supportive environment for all my clients. I am based in the Seattle area and am looking forward to helping you reach your fitness goals!
