Biography

Hello everyone, my name is Ismael but you can call me Izzy! I have been a trainer for 3 years now, starting out at the front desk of a small gym in Waterbury CT. Personal training and helping others become healthier versions of themselves has been the most inspiring, fulfilling and exciting career in my life and I am very excited to continue my journey as a personal trainer. Certified in Stick Mobility, I specialize in mobility, stability, stretching, balance and corrective exercise. I also teach indoor cycling and group fitness classes! I will be your biggest cheerleader and support system, as well as your friend to help you conquer your goals and aspirations. I'm looking forward to working with you! :)
