Biography
I was born and raised in Peru, where I become a "fitness rat". I moved to United States in 2007. I lived in the DC area for over a decade where I started my fitness careerI became ACE Certified, then I was able to get other certifications ( RKC- for those who love kettlebells , TRX, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist- for my silver sneakers clients, NASM NutritionCoach. I used to work in the big gyms ( in Virginia and Maryland) . Also, I started giving in-home( and lately virtual sessions- due to COVID). I was able to meet awesome clients and helped them to achieve their fitness goals. I recently moved to Florida ( Wesley Chapel) and I am looking forward to meet new awesome clients . I always try to make my workouts as fun as possible, so my clients will have fun exercising and stick to their programs.
