Hello ! I am Giovanni "Gio" Nicola! I have been a Personal Trainer, Nutrition and Supplement Counselor, Competition Coach and Competitive Body Builder for 27 years. I have help over 100 Personal Training Clients and Competition Competitors reach their fitness goal! I have accomplished this through continuing education and actual on the floor experience. I personally have competed both on a State and National Level, acquiring 5 top five placements in 5 competitions. I have been an Athlete since I was a youth ice hockey player and finished my ice hockey career playing 3 years of Professional Ice Hockey in Germany. After coming home to New Jersey at 27 years old, I found myself horribly out of shape at 30 and that is went I got into bodybuilding and started living a healthy lifestyle. 27 years later I am still going strong!
