Hi everyone! My name is Gabriela and I always did physical activity, it was a huge part of my life. I play all kind of sports since i was a child and a teenager. That's why i become a PE Teacher and then I studied for Personal Trainer. After I had my first daughter I took care of my body in and out. I decided to be a Pre Postnatal Expert to help moms during pregnancy. I have more than 15 years of experience of personal training helping people to reach there goals and get in better shape.
