Biography
Aloha! I'm a personal trainer located in Oahu Hawaii. I have been involved in fitness in one form or another my whole life and it is a passion that I love to teach and share to people in the hopes of bettering their lives. I believe strength and movement ability is essential to a higher quality of life and I hope to be able share it to those who are willing and wanting. I am nationally certified in a through various programs such as NASM and ATG as well as a group instructor in different forms of work outs( ie.HIIT, F45, ect).
