Biography

Movement has always been a large part of my life. I enjoy sharing this love with others in a variety of ways. Whether its dance, pilates, yoga, or Olympic lifting, I can create a movement program personalized just for you to help you achieve your goals. I tend to favor body weight strength training modalities, functional movement drills, and mobility challenges. I will bring an assortment of tools and ideas to get you moving.
