Biography
With years of experience in CrossFit, functional fitness, yoga, and endurance training, I help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best—without pain. As a personal trainer at the YMCA Reston and F45 Burke, I work with people of all fitness levels to build programs that emphasize mobility, posture, and pain-free movement. I’ve completed multiple marathons, half-marathons, and long-distance challenges across the U.S., and I bring that same discipline and enthusiasm to every session. My coaching style combines strength and stability training with a focus on eccentric control and proper movement mechanics—helping clients move efficiently, prevent injuries, and achieve lasting results.
