I am a Colorado native who loves the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy hiking in the summer and snowboarding all winter. I attended Colorado State and received my bachelors in health and exercise science. I have since went on to obtain my certification as a personal trainer and enjoy helping people to develop healthier lifestyles.
