One of my purposes in life is to help others achieve their goals, whatever it may be! If you're looking to get stronger, feel more able and/or just need someone to help you get through your day to day a little easier than I hope i can be the one to help you get there! I have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now and after having my son back in May 2023 and experiencing a car accident in January 2024 I have only become more passionate with fitness. I want to help others no matter their background. post-pregnancy , post-accident, post-anything! You can do anything you set your mind to and i'll help you be living proof??????
