Biography
I have always enjoyed being active. Growing up I played just about any sport you can think of. My favorites are soccer, football, & hockey. I started my professional fitness journey to assist my children in there athletic endeavors. I truly have come to love assisting people work toward and achieve the goals they set for themselves.
