Biography
I have been a trainer since the age of 19—I am now 41—and possess extensive experience in the field. I began as a self-taught trainer and have gradually built my expertise over time, continuing to educate myself and obtain professional certifications. I have competed in bodybuilding myself and have prepared athletes for competition; I have trained basketball and volleyball players, as well as Miss Nicaragua contestants. Additionally, I have assisted with injury rehabilitation and helped in a case involving anorexia.
