I have 9+ years of training experience with clients ranging from all walks of life. Most of my training has been done with everyday people ages ranging from 25-92. I've also worked with youth, high school, college (D1 and D2), and professional athletes. I've helped a tremendous amount of people reach a wide variety of goals including weight loss, athletic performance, 5-10k running times, knee and back surgery prevention, and post-rehab of a variety of injuries. In my time being a trainer I have built a great reputation with the clients I have worked with in the past and they all refer to me as the "exercise doctor". They have coined this nickname because I take a strong emphasis on joint health and mobility. I use Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) principles to educate my clients on how to properly move their joints. Something that separates me from other trainers is how detail-oriented I am. I take all my clients through joint assessments before I work with them to make sure I know how their joints move/perform. I don't give my clients cookie-cutter programs they can find online, the programs I write are very individualized. My passion for fitness/health/nutrition is infectious and I love helping change people's lives for the better!
