Biography
I am a retired firefighter from Providence, RI. I became a personal trainer while on the fire department to help implement a workout and wellness program. I moved to Florida in 2019 after having to retire due to cancer. I now work as a trainer to help as many people as I can to lead healthy, functional lives.
