When I was younger I was always involved with sports, everything from Football to Lacrosse. The only issue was... I wasn't athletic whatsoever. I never really enjoyed playing sports, but did it because I thought I needed to. Then sophomore year of high school, a friend of mine took me to the gym. I didn't like it at first, but because he was a good friend I would go with him consistently during the week. A few months passed by and I started to see results. Fast forward a few years later, the gym has become a pillar of my life. Fitness really is for everyone, from any background, and any level. Fitness is a part of life that will impact our day routine. The thing that gripped me is that we ultimately decide how far we go with it. Not genetics, not other people's opinions, it's just you versus you.
