Biography
Currently I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal trainer with a physical therapy background, sports performance NASM coach and athlete agent advisor. In the past I am Pennsylvania State university graduate and have been personal training and directing for the past 20 years in strength training, injury prevention, and weight loss. I also love to play sports and have a great for personal training and getting my clients to their health and fitness goals in a safe and timely manner.
